If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items along with your return trakking number (RMA) to us in their original condition*within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Lingerie and Swim Wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Return or exchange an item procedure:
- Click on the my account link at the top of the page and loginto your account using your username and password.
- Go to your order history and view details of the order which includes the item(s) you wish to return.
- In the order details page next to the product(s) you wish to return click on the link "need to return this product?".
- Complete the online returns form. You will then recieve an e-mail with further information, return address for the item(s) and your return trakking number (RMA).
- Return the item(s) to the provided return address quoting your RMA number.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you mark the parcel as a gift and that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
NOTE: We do not accept returns without a RMA number or returns sent with any costs attached upon delivery, they will automatically be returned back to the sender.
